DOG LICENSES

You must obtain a dog license annually. Licenses for the entire year are issued from Jan 1 - March 31.

DROP OFF:  Dog license paperwork, current rabies vaccination certificate, appropriate fees, and a self-addressed stamped envelope in the secure drop box in the front door of the Caledonia Community Center located at E9181 State Rd 96.

BY MAIL:  Dog license paperwork, current rabies vaccination certificate, appropriate fees, and self-addressed stamped envelope to:

Town of Caledonia, Attn: Dog License, PO Box 190, Readfield WI 54969

FEE: $5 for spayed/neutered dogs or $10 for non-spayed/neutered dogs. Kennel licenses ($60) are needed if you have 4 or more dogs.

Please pay dog fees with a separate payment than property taxes.
