Peace of Mind for The Years Ahead
The ADRC and Fox Valley Advance Care Planning Partnership are hosting the Peace of Mind for The Years Ahead Event within Waupaca County. POA-HC ( Power of Attorney- Health Care) and POA-F (Power of Attorney- Finances) documents will be completed at these events. We will have a notary present to complete the Power of Attorney Finances documents as well.
