Town of Caledonia residents now have access to the City of New London’s yard waste debris site behind the Wastewater Treatment Plant off of Werner-Allen Road. 

In order to access the yard waste debris site, you must purchase a key card and annual waste sticker from the City of New London Public Works Department. There is a one time payment of $5 for the access card and then $5 for the annual sticker. The key card and sticker can be purchased at the Municipal Service Building Public Works Department entrance (west side of the building). You will need to show proof of residency and provide the license plate number of the vehicle you’ll use to haul the yard waste.
